Mom and Dad got to meet my wonderful host family. My host mom is named Haneen, she is an English teacher in the local high school, and her husband is named Hilme; he is a judge. So, if you know my parents' professions, you can guess that they had a lot in common!
Later that weekend, we also visited the cities of Tiberias (on the Sea of Galilee) and Sfat, known for being a center of kabbala (Jewish mysticism) studies.
